01. GENERAL TERMS
I have the right to reject any order for any reason. I do not draw nudity/NSFW or excessive gore.02. PRICING
- Prices listed on the Commissions Info page are base prices. Generally, commissions will be charged at base price, but requests for backgrounds or highly detailed elements will require an additional charge. You will be notified of this in advance and will have the opportunity to decline the requested additional elements.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand. If prices are increased, commissions that have already been paid for will retain their original pricing.03. PAYMENT
- I start working on commissions after receiving the full payment upfront in USD via Ko-Fi or Paypal invoice.04. PROCESS
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 months from the time of payment, depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
- There will be two points in the process at which I will request your feedback: 1) initial sketch/lineart, and 2) flat colors. You may request reasonable changes at either of these points.
- Please allow up 48 hour response time for any outreach made to me during this process, as I work full-time outside of my art.05. REVISIONS
You get 1 change on the final commissioned piece included in the price. A fee of $2.00 will be added per change on an artwork at or near completion - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.06. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- Copyright of the artwork is not transferred to the client. The artist reserves the right to reproduction, distribution, and use for the self-promotion of the finished product.
- You are not permitted to claim the commissioned piece as your own work.
- The artwork cannot be altered or modified without my permission (i.e. removal of artist's signature, modification of features, color changes, etc.)
- All commissioned artwork is for personal use (non-profit uses) only. In some cases, the commercial rights (for usage that brings financial gain) to the image may be purchased.
- You are not permitted to sell the commissioned piece as an NFT, nor use it in the training of AI (artificial intelligence) software.07. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund. If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a partial refund.08. DELIVERABLES
You will receive a full-resolution file at 300 DPI of the final piece. Please note there is no physical product.Terms of service may be changed to reflect new information at the discretion of the artist.
